Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, & Company Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and company checks drafted in the U.S. only. Orders are processed
upon clearance of payments only. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is
received. Items purchased with a check or money order will be held no longer than ten business days including
Saturdays. If the payment is not received within the specified time, the item will be returned to active inventory.
We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order together if
possible. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you at checkout if shipment has to be split.
Out-of-Stock Products
We stock all products for sale on this website unless the product status states that it is out of stock. Once a
product is back in stock we update the status. We may keep you informed of any products that you wish to order
that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
Please refer to the individual item’s description for the warranty assigned. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting
in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders are processed within one to two business days after electronic payment is received. Echecks
need to clear before orders are processed. Other forms of payment will delay orders and they will be shipped upon
payment clearance. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by PCPARTSETC.COM
or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 6.25% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
within the state of Massachusetts. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or
other taxes. Many states are requiring that web based items be taxed based on a specific dollar amount yearly threshold.
We will update this section as any other states are added.
Customs Fees
For international orders placed on this website customs and other duty fees are not charged or added to the order. The
buyer is responsible for these fees upon arrival of he item to its destination.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our
store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
